Writing type-safe code in TypeScript, integration of Server Actions, authorization via Auth.js (NextAuth), and database connectivity through Prisma or Drizzle. Optimization of Core Web Vitals metrics (LCP, FID, CLS), caching, and deployment to Vercel or a custom VPS via Docker.
